Clean the exhaust vent system

If you can feel strong airflow from the exterior vent when the dryer runs empty, the vent is likely clear.
Check the exhaust hose for problems
Ensure the exhaust hose is not kinked, crushed behind the dryer, or too long. Replace vinyl or foil accordion hoses with rigid or semi-rigid metal duct for better airflow.
Maximum recommended vent run is 25 feet with two 90-degree bends. Subtract 5 feet for each additional bend.
