Error code F6 E1 indicates a serial communication failure between the main control board (CCU) and the user interface board. The washer's display may go blank, show garbled information, or the controls may not respond. This is most commonly caused by a loose wire harness or a failed board.

Unplug the washer for 5 minutes, then plug it back in. A power surge or temporary glitch can cause false communication errors.
On top-load washers, you can also try the reset sequence: lift and lower the lid 6 times within 12 seconds.
Check the wire harness
Unplug the washer, remove the console back panel, and inspect the ribbon cable or wire harness connecting the user interface to the control board. Reseat both connectors firmly.

Check the control board connections
