Samsung Refrigerator Error Code 81E — Water Dispenser Motor Error
What this means
The 81E error code indicates the water dispenser motor or the actuator that controls water flow from the dispenser has failed. When you press the dispenser lever, the motor should open the water valve. If the motor is stuck, burned out, or the wiring is damaged, water will not dispense even though water pressure and the inlet valve are fine.

Unplug for 2 minutes, restore power, and try dispensing water. A temporary control glitch can sometimes prevent the dispenser motor from activating.
Also check if the Child Lock feature is on — this disables the dispenser.
Check the dispenser lever and switch
Press the dispenser lever firmly. Listen for a click from the dispenser switch behind the lever. If you hear no click, the lever or switch mechanism may be broken.
Some Samsung models have separate levers/pads for water and ice — make sure you are pressing the correct one.
Test the dispenser motor/actuator
