Step-by-step fix

Unplug the unit for 2 minutes and restore power. Check if the FlexZone drawer begins to cool after 15 minutes.

Access the pantry fan motor
Remove the FlexZone drawer. Look for a small access panel behind or beneath the drawer cavity. Remove screws to expose the fan motor.
On some French Door models the fan is accessed from behind the refrigerator rear panel instead of from inside the compartment.
Test the fan motor
Unplug the refrigerator and disconnect the fan motor wire harness. Test resistance across the motor terminals — expect 5–40 ohms. An OL or near-zero reading indicates a faulty motor.
