What this means
Error code LC indicates the leakage sensor in the bottom of the dishwasher has detected moisture. The sensor triggers when it reads 4.5V or lower for 1 to 3 seconds. This can be caused by an actual water leak from the door gasket, inlet valve, or sump assembly, or by excess moisture from using too much detergent or moist detergent residue.

Press the Power button to turn off the dishwasher, then turn off the circuit breaker or unplug the unit. Also shut off the water supply valve under the sink.
Place towels around the base of the dishwasher in case water is present.
Check the base tray for water
Carefully tilt the dishwasher slightly forward (with help) or remove the kick plate/bottom panel to inspect the drip tray. If water is present, soak it up with towels and dry the leak sensor.
Even a small amount of moisture on the sensor can trigger the LC code — make sure the sensor and tray are completely dry.
Identify the leak source
Inspect the door gasket for tears or gaps, check the water inlet valve connection for drips, and examine the sump assembly gasket and mounting screws for looseness. Run a short cycle with the kick plate removed to observe where water appears.
